Error: "Dial-Up Networking could not establish a compatible set of network protocols..." #3

The Dial-Up Adapter is not bound to the TCP/IP protocol.

1. From your desktop, right-click the Network Neighborhood icon and choose Properties.
   
   
   
2. Double-click Dial-Up Adapter.
   
   
   
3. Choose the Bindings tab.
4. Make sure that TCP/IP is bound to the Dial-Up Adapter.
5. Click the OK button.
   
   
   
6. Click the OK button.
