• Install a Dial-up Adapter
• Install Dial-up Networking
  
• Install TCP/IP

Configure:

• Configure a new Dial-Up Networking connection

Other:

• Accessing an Outside Line
• Disabling Call Waiting
• Changing your Local Access Number
• Creating a Dialer Shortcut
  

Common Error Messages:

• Error: "The Microsoft Dial-Up Adapter is not installed..."
• Disable IPX Header Compression
• Error: "Dial-Up Networking could not establish a compatible set of network protocols..." 1 of 3
• Error: "Dial-Up Networking could not establish a compatible set of network protocols..." 2 of 3
• Error: "Dial-Up Networking could not establish a compatible set of network protocols..." 3 of 3
• Error: "The modem does not exist, is not plugged in, or is out of service." 1 of 3
