Outlook Express (News)

1. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
2. Click the News tab.
3. Click the Add button and select News.
4. Click Next.
   
   
   
5. In the Display name box, type your name.
6. In the E-mail address box, type your e-mail address.
7. Click Next.
   
   
   
8. In the News (NNTP) server box, type news-dial.bicnet.net
9. Check the My news sever requires me to log on check box.
10. Click Next.
    
    
    
11. In the Account name box, type your email address
12. In the Password box type your password
13. Check the remember password button in you don't want to be prompted for your password every time you log into the news server.
14. Click the Next button
    
    
15. Click the Finish button.
