How
to upload files to your personal web page
- Click the New button.
- In the Profile Name
text box, type BICnet
- In the Host Name/Address
text box, type ftp.bicnet.net
- For the Host Type
select Automatic detect.
- In the User ID text
box, type your username
- In the Password text
box, type your password.
- Check the Save Pwd
check box.
- Click the OK button.

- On the left side,
locate the files that you want to upload.
- On the right, locate
where you want to up load them to. On the right side there should be a folder
labeled public_html. If there is not, click the MkDir button on the right
side. When it asks you to name the directory, type public_html.
- Double click the public_html
folder to open it.
- Locate the file on
the left that you want to upload. Click it once, so that it is highlighted
- Click the right arrow
that is between the two windows. This will move a copy of the file from
the Local System ( Your computer ) to the Remote System ( The BICnet Computer)
- Make sure that the
first page of your web site is titled index.html

- To delete a file from
the BICnet computers, select the file in the Remote System window and click
the Delete button on the right side.
